Features

“Florida Living” has been designed into our floor plans. Each was designed to capture the essence of what nature has to offer – available light as well as natural breezes. Windows, doors, dormers and volume ceilings create a sense of space and light. The flow of living has been to the rear of the home – with kitchens, great rooms and / or bedrooms opening out to porches and patios. Room layouts have been created with flexibility in mind.
Our base homes are what other developments call upgraded models. Each Riverwalk home comes standard with tile and wood coverings inside and beautiful front porches. Forty-two inch cabinets are in the laundry room, kitchen and all bathrooms. Crown molding is found throughout the kitchen and living areas. All windows, doors and window sills are wood trimmed by our finishing carpenters. All windows are double pane to further insulate your home. Stainless steel appliances are also included. Every Riverwalk home backs up to a beautiful natural buffer.
Homes have been designed with the environment in mind. All homes are wired for high speed DSL Internet access.
Each yard is beautifully landscaped and comes with an irrigation system, keeping with the true Florida cracker architecture. We think you will find that our standard homes are anything but standard.
